The 2011 Château Belgrave shows a deep garnet color with a highly perfumed nose of fresh red fruits, spices, and precious wood.
The aromatics are complex and elegant, reflecting the careful vineyard management under record drought conditions and the meticulous sorting of the grapes during harvest.
On the palate, the wine is generous and velvety, with a fine tannic structure and high concentration.
Flavours of ripe red fruit integrate with subtle spice and mineral notes, leading to a long, refined finish.
The freshness and elegance are characteristic of Saint‑Julien style, making this a very attractive and expressive vintage.
