On the palate, the wine is generous and velvety, with a fine tannic structure and high concentration.
Flavours of ripe red fruit integrate with subtle spice and mineral notes, leading to a long, refined finish.

Vinification
Hand‑harvested grapes were rigorously sorted by parcel to ensure healthy berries at optimal ripeness. Gentle vinification, average maceration time, and controlled extraction produced an elegant, expressive wine.
Ageing
Barrelled in January following harvest, aged on fine lees for 12–18 months, with 40% new French oak barrels to enhance structure and aromatic complexity.
