Château Latour 2012 shows a pure, vibrant bouquet with round and elegant fruit aromas.
The palate is silky, with great density and lively fruit character.
The tannins are soft and well-integrated, contributing to a harmonious and structured finish, reflecting the late yet precise vintage conditions.

Vinification
Grapes were carefully hand-harvested and sorted. Fermentation took place in wooden and stainless steel vats with temperature control. Maceration lasted 15–20 days depending on plot. Malolactic fermentation occurred in the same vats.
Ageing
Aged 20 months in new oak barrels to integrate tannins, enhance structure, and maintain fruit freshness. Bottled June 2014.
