Vinification
Hand-harvested grapes were sorted carefully. Alcoholic fermentation took place in temperature-controlled wooden and stainless steel vats. Maceration lasted 15–20 days. Malolactic fermentation occurred in the same vats.
Ageing
Aged 20 months in new oak barrels, providing structure, elegance, and optimal fruit integration. Bottled June 2013.
